vpn renumber

Assignes new IP addresses to VPNs from the VPN address pool.

This command has no arguments.

This command renumbers the remote-ip values on all VPNs, assigning new IP addresses from the pool of IPv4 and IPv6 addresses defined with the vpn server pool command.

This command is rarely needed. It is designed exclusively for use on systems that utilize IslandExpress to create VPN peers. In general, it should not be used on systems with non-Island VPN peers. Standard WireGuard does not provide a method to communcate a desired remote IP address to a peer, so renumbering may cause a loss of connectivity to non-Island peers until the peers are reconfigured with their new IP addresses.
